7 Inch Ultra-thin monitor by Toguard reviewed

For some people, portable monitors are a necessity – they provide the additional screen space, which can come in very handy if you’re constantly on the go and often stay in hotels (we have top overall picks here if you want to learn more). But what if one wants such a device without spending too much money? The solution lies in Toguard’s newest model, which is a 7-inch portable monitor that sports the resolution of 1024 x 600 and comes with some pretty useful features. Thanks to its price, it’s already highly popular with the users – so let’s check out what it has to offer!

Features of Toguard 7-inch

When it comes to the design of this device, we’ve got no special complaints. It sports a black color and features a solid construction for the price that it comes at. Below the screen, on the lower bezel, you will find a set of five touch-sensitive buttons – Power, Menu, Volume Up, Volume Down, and Mode. Operating these buttons is very convenient, while the included OSD menu allows the user to easily change various settings, such as the screen rotation.  The back side of this device consists of two circular speakers and the following ports – AV, VGA, and HDMI.

The display itself has a size of 7 inches and sports the resolution of 1024 x 600, providing a picture of decent quality. Te screen works really stable, there are no major issues which is pretty surprising for such an affordable device. Another interesting fact is that this monitor meets the Energy Star standards – it’s an energy-efficient secondary screen that conserves energy.  There’s a variety of uses for this device – you can connect it to your laptop, use it as a CCTV security monitor, use it inside your vehicle, and for many other things. Along with the monitor, the package also includes a BNC cable, a base sticker, a bracket, and the power adapter.
